  6. Hi Amaka, I think social media is the key ingredient in successful relationship marketing today. It seems that everyone is on one of the social media sites so we need to have a good spread of presence across the whole of them. I can understand why bigger companies hire specialists, some are a real challenge to get the hang of! I don’t use some, though I know I should, I just don’t get them!
